Refund & Returns Policy

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions for returning a product:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition

• The original packaging must be intact

• All accessories and items included with the product must be returned

If these conditions are met, we will arrange a product replacement or return.

Refund Policy

If we are unable to replace the product for any reason, we will process a refund.

Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days after the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to customer negligence
